1. This promotion is open to all joining and existing Jetwerk subscribers that meet the below conditions excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agencies, or anyone else directly connected with the promotion.
2. Closing date of the promotion is 12/31/09.
3. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
4. Internet is required to enter this promotion.
5. No Purchase Necessary (NPN.) Qualification is based on users inviting five or more users per calendar month to join Jetwerk in a given month. Inviting five or more friends in a given calendar month will be granted one entry into the sweepstakes. Users inviting AND signing up five friends in a month are allowed two entries into a monthly drawing for a pair of Monster Dr Dre headphones. Users may invite and sign up five friends each calendar month to enter that month.s sweepstakes.
6. To enter on-line: visit jetwerk.com , click join, and invite five or more friends at the time of signing up. Existing members can go to the .invite. page to invite five or more friends or colleagues to qualify.
7. Winners will be notified by email each month by Jetwerk.com within 2 weeks of receipt of winning claim at the Handling House.
8. There is no cash alternative for these offers.
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoters reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
10. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or part and the prize is non-transferable.
11. By entering the promotion participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
12. Entries will become the property of the Promoters and will not be returned.
13. Regretfully, we the Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures at the handling house, or on the websites. Neither can the Promoter be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavor to minimize the effect to the participant of any such failure.
14. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process a claim. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Instructions form part of these terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
